BMWi-Infotrip Armenia: Modernisation of Tourism Infrastructure
The information trip on the development of the tourism infrastructure in Armenia is being organised by COMMIT together with the German Economic Association of Armenia, the German Travel Association and the Eastern Committee of the German Economy on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) as part of the Market Development Programme for SMEs.
During the three-day digital event, Armenian companies from the local tourism industry will be provided with information on concepts, services and products from Germany. In addition to visits to German companies and presentations of local tourism concepts, direct B2B talks with German service providers and manufacturers will be the main focus.
In addition, representatives of official bodies and entrepreneurs from Armenia will provide information on current projects, framework conditions and business opportunities in the country of the Southern Caucasus. The target group are German companies from the sectors of planning and equipping tourist hospitality infrastructure (HORECA) and providers of cultural and tourism services. In addition to specialist information, the event will also address practical questions of market development and financing of tourism projects.
